5-week Wines
Introducing a new product from Cellar Craft. This 12 litre, 5-week red
wine kit comes with 1.5 litres of virgin crushed California grape skins which
add true varietal character with aroma, flavour and body. No colourings,
flavourings or non-grape esters or botanicals are used
6-week Wines
If you're willing to invest a little time in your wine making, your patience will be rewarded when you choose a 45-day wine kit. These kits use the best varietal grape juices and concentrates from around the world to provide a truly outstanding taste. From the Cellar Classic 15 litre kit, to the international flavours of the 16 litre Cru Select kit, to the fresh tastes of Fontana 23 litre Sterile Must, you will be treated to the best wines the world has to offer.
